Chief Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer demand docking, analysis, transmission, and preliminary technical solution output;
2. Customer project docking: Align with the vehicle development plan and quality plan, output corresponding engine development plans for each project, and track progress;
3. Coordinate the development of complete vehicle accessories, provide solutions and confirm with customers, draft agreements, and provide product information;
4. Responsible for coordinating the PDT team and the power transmission center for the project. Complete the overall vehicle loading review, including static and dynamic review of sample vehicles, coordination and support for vehicle testing, coordination and support for vehicle optimization project matters, and support for vehicle announcement and application;
5. Responsible for customer support, positive solution project management (requirement input, prototype delivery, SOP assurance), and tracking progress. Assist in improving project quality.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, or assistant level or above professional title;
2. Majors in thermal power, vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, reliability technology, mechanical design and automation, and casting materials;
3. Have more than 3 years of experience in whole vehicle matching, whole vehicle testing, or whole vehicle performance development and calibration;
4. Fundamentals of Mechanical Theory, Internal Combustion Engine Construction and Design, Diesel Engine Manufacturing Technology, Automotive Construction, Quality Management Theory and Practice, and Management Fundamentals;
5. Strong ability to judge and analyze engine faults, proficient in using office software;
6. Possess good communication and coordination skills, analytical and judgment abilities, self-regulation skills, teamwork awareness, and the ability to adapt to business trips;
7. Good work and study attitude, meticulous, and responsible.
