Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and implement the company's quality management system (including process supervision, internal and external audits, and process audits), prepare and improve quality system management documents;
2. Responsible for quality inspection management, improvement management, and non-conforming product review management of externally purchased parts from suppliers;
3. Responsible for analyzing and closed-loop management of internal and external feedback quality issues, as well as quality supervision, inspection, and confirmation of the manufacturing process;
4. Responsible for daily monitoring, maintenance, evaluation, and reporting of quality information and quality indicator data, organizing the preparation and issuance of relevant quality control documents and quality work plans, and handling related quality business processes (including daily communication, coordination, and handling of cross business transactions with horizontal units of the company);
5. Responsible for participating in the quality control of the R&D process, outputting relevant project quality outlines, plans, and corresponding quality reports;
6. Responsible for the management of measuring equipment and measuring instruments.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above (requirements may be relaxed for those with superior conditions), graduated from mechanical or engineering related majors;
2.3 years or more of work experience directly related to engine installation and testing quality management;
3. Diligent in work, strong sense of responsibility, agile thinking, and good organizational, coordination, and communication skills;
4. Proficient in using commonly used computer office software;
5. Those who understand GJB quality management system standards, have received relevant system training, and obtained relevant certificates are preferred.
