Job Responsibilities:

1. Seriously implement the company's sales management regulations and implementation rules, and strive to improve one's own business level;
2. Proficient in sales knowledge and skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to independently carry out work;
3. Responsible for market channel development and sales of generator sets, executing and completing the company's annual product sales plan;
4. Develop new customers with dedication, maintain good relationships and lasting connections with customers, and constantly explore business channels; 
5. Responsible for signing sales contracts with customers, supervising the normal and timely performance of contracts, and urging the collection of outstanding sales receivables;
6. Have relevant sales experience in diesel generators, Familiar with CAD mechanical drawing is preferred;
7. Collect market information on generator sets, prepare quotations and bidding documents according to customer requirements;
8. Independently conduct technical and business negotiations with clients; Organize product promotion and training activities.

Job Requirements:

1. Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in marketing, machinery, and electrical engineering;  
2. Engaged in sales of diesel generator sets or similar electromechanical products for at least 2 years, with outstanding individual direct sales performance;
3. Candidates with sales experience in diesel generator sets in industries such as JUN, petroleum, chemical, telecommunications, financial banking, insurance, data backup and computer centers, power plants, municipal construction, industrial sectors, hotels, and high-end office buildings will be given priority consideration;  
4. Experience in market development and management, with priority given to establishing agency channels and sales networks;
5. Integrity, honesty, innovative spirit, strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand work pressure
6. Proficiency in English reading, writing, listening, and speaking is preferred.
