Electrical Design Engineer for Generator Sets (Strong Electrical)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for product electrical system design and optimization, electrical component structure design and optimization, and related fixture design and optimization; Responsible for reviewing the electrical drawings and component lists of various projects in the company to ensure their completeness and accuracy;
2. Responsible for the preparation of technical documents related to product production processes, process specifications, design BOMs, etc;
3. Responsible for programming the electrical control part of the product, compiling operation manuals, etc;
4. Responsible for product electrical component selection, supplier technical agreement preparation and review, etc;
5. Conduct on-site survey according to the construction project, draw electrical construction drawings, schematic diagrams, layout diagrams, etc; Carry out technical exchanges and drawing reviews with relevant design institutes;
6. Responsible for coordinating with relevant departments of the company and external clients for necessary technical exchanges, project negotiations, preparation of technical documents for bidding projects, on-site construction and installation technical guidance, quality problem handling, etc;
7. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements:
1. Job title requirements: Assistant Engineer/Engineer
2. Educational and professional requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation (registered Electrical Engineer is preferred);
3. Work experience:
1) Capable of planning, designing, and implementing electrical systems for new products, with at least 2-3 years of experience in project management and implementation of electrical system design;
2) Familiar with the structural principles of engines and generator sets, and have project implementation experience in engine application matching;
3) Proficient in mastering and applying theoretical knowledge related to intelligence and electrical engineering, with practical experience in grid connection and parallel operation projects of generator sets;
4) Strong team management and work coordination skills;
4. Job skills:
1) Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, Eplan, CAD, etc. for electrical system design and optimization;
2) Fully understand and master the principles and methods of electrical system design for generator sets;
3) Proficient in using office software such as Word and Excel;
