Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the preparation of technical documents related to product production process documents, process specifications, design BOM, and component warehousing inspection standards;
2. Responsible for product component selection, supplier technical agreement preparation, etc;
3. Load participation in supplier quality system certification inspection and quality control pre related work;
4. Responsible for incoming inspection and testing of parts;
5. Responsible for sending and managing measuring tools for inspection;
6. Responsible for unit installation and testing process inspection, as well as factory inspection;
7. Cooperate with the supervisory leadership to promote the three system certification, Theil certification, and CE certification work;
8. Cooperate with the supervisor to carry out quality management work;
9. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements:

1. Job title requirements: Assistant Engineer/Engineer
2. Educational and professional requirements: College degree or above, major in Mechanical and Automation;
3. Work experience:
1) More than 3 years of experience in product production (whole machine assembly/machining/welding) process technical support, component warehousing inspection, and other related work;
1) Capable of inspection and measuring tool management, with at least 2 job positions;
2) Familiar with the basic working principles of engines and generator sets;
3) Proficient in using measuring tools such as micrometers, micrometers, torque wrenches, etc;
4) Strong team management and work coordination skills;
4. Job skills:
1) Fully understand and master the installation and testing process and drawings of the generator set;;
2) Proficient in using office software such as Word and Excel;
3) Familiar with PDCA handling of quality issues and 8D problem-solving methods
5. Other: Strong sense of responsibility, good at communication, clear thinking, able to endure hardship, possess strong teamwork spirit, have a strong sense of responsibility and ambition.
